Common Council is seeking the public’s input on the recommendations provided by Hemson Consulting Limited in a report to review the City of Saint John's development incentive programs. The report was based on the City of Saint John's history of offering financial assistance for new development and heritage conservation through a number of incentive programs since the early 1970s.
